Note:
1. For any joint-owner plan, EACH plan owner has to activate their account separately.
2. A client owning multiple plans will have only ONE Client No. Activating the account ONCE allows access to the details of all plans.
3. Registering an email with Metis is essential for account activation. Clients who haven't done so at plan application can provide the information using the Change in Personal Information form.
The 4 steps for Account Activation

Submit your Client No. and Plan No. to get the activation email.

Click the link in the activation email.

Enter your client number and the activation code provided in the activation email.

Set your personalised password. Activation complete!
